Quick answers to the questions we hear most often from clients about the portal.

I haven't received my portal invitation email — what should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder for an email from [email protected]. If it's not there, add this address to your safe senders list and email us at [email protected] — we'll resend your invitation within 30 minutes during business hours.
I've forgotten my password — how do I reset it?
Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login form above — enter your email address and we'll send you a secure password reset link immediately. The link expires after 30 minutes for security. You can also use the "Sign in with Google" option if you registered with your Google account.
Can I add my team members to the portal?
Yes — you can add up to 3 team members on standard plans and unlimited team members on Scale and Retainer plans. Inside your portal settings, go to Team Access → Invite Member and enter their email. You can set permissions for each member — View Only, Comment, or Full Access.
How long will I have access to the portal after my project ends?
You retain full access to your portal for 12 months after your project completes. This includes all reports, files, deliverables and billing records. After 12 months, your account moves to read-only archive mode. Retainer clients maintain full access for the entire duration of their contract.
Is my Shopify store data visible inside the portal?
We pull aggregate performance metrics (traffic, CVR, revenue trends) into your portal dashboard using read-only API connections to GA4 and Shopify Analytics. We never store full transaction data or customer PII inside the portal — only aggregated performance metrics needed for reporting.
What happens to my files and data if I cancel my retainer?
Everything you've paid for belongs to you — always. Before your access changes, we'll send you a complete file export of all deliverables, reports and documents. You can also request a full data export at any time from Settings → Data Export. We never delete client work without explicit written consent.
