Shopify Flow is Shopify's built-in automation tool (available on all plans). It uses a trigger-condition-action logic to automate tasks without code. Common uses: tag orders by value, send internal alerts for high-risk orders, apply discount codes to loyal customers.
Shopify Flow can automate: order tagging, customer tagging, inventory alerts, loyalty tier updates, email notifications, risk order holds and more. It cannot send external emails directly but triggers Klaviyo or other tools to do so.
