AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) is the international standard for random sampling inspections. Rather than checking every unit (which would be too slow and expensive), we inspect a statistically valid sample based on your order quantity. The sample size is large enough to identify batches with unacceptable defect rates.
The most common inspection is pre-shipment — when 80–100% of production is complete. This gives you the best picture of the full batch while there's still time to negotiate repairs or reject the batch if necessary.
We provide a detailed report with photos of every defect found. You then negotiate with the supplier to either re-sort defective units, repair them or discount the order — before shipment.
