No. Passwords are encrypted and cannot be transferred between platforms. Customers will receive a password reset email inviting them to create a new Shopify account. This is standard for any platform migration.
Customers won't see order history in their new Shopify account by default. We migrate order history into the backend so your team can reference it — displaying it to customers requires custom development.
